Chris Davis has been employed in the construction industry for the past 11 years and has been working with Excel for the last 8 years starting as a lead plumber and working his way up to the Vice-President of the Plumbing Division and into the General Manager chair.
Chris is a Tucson native and shares his life with his wife, adopted son, his parents, and a brother.
Chris has certifications in the 10 hour OSHA Safety, Forklift Operation and Fall Protection.
He has a heart for children and participates with Toys For Tots even organizing a “Penny Drive” within Excel. He has also worked on the “EXTREME MAKEOVER—Home Edition, Tucson” along with several other individuals within the Company.

Igor Panchishin

Igor Panchishin was born in the Ukraine and came to the US settling in Tucson in 1998. He has been in the Construction Industry for the past 15 years—working at Excel for 11 of those years.
Igor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the Ukraine, and is EPA Universal Certified.
Igor has the distinct honor of being one of the most senior employees with the company. He has often won Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year.
Igor is quite involved with his church and volunteers helping elderly immigrants in Tucson. He has also helped work on the “EXTREME MAKEOVER—Home Edition, Tucson” along with several other individuals within the Company.
Igor shares his life with his wife of 17 years and teenage daughter. He says his family is “amazing…”
Igor would like nothing better than to make a difference in the Mechanical business by providing excellent and high quality jobs and with commitment and dedication to our community and to our customers… to “serve our customers as we would love that somebody serves us.”

Carrie Stone

Carrie Stone came to Excel in 2007. She has been actively employed in the construction industry since 1992, starting off just answering telephones in an office, working her way up into Financial Management.
Not only handling all the day-to-day accounting functions for Excel, she is dedicated to providing the utmost in “customer service” for all of Excel Mechanical Inc.’s customers. Carrie works closely within Excel’s Management Team to streamline and ensure that ALL aspects of Excel Mechanical, Inc. are cost effective.
Carrie came to Tucson in 1986. In 1998 she earned her CIT (Construction Industry Technician) designation through Clemson University and has been a very active member in NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) having held all seats on the board of the Tucson Chapter. Currently she is serving on several committees and is up for election for Vice-President of the Chapter. She has also served on the Cornerstone Foundation Board.
Very skilled in computers, Carrie maintains not only our website—but the website for NAWIC Tucson Chapter #122. She is very diligent and dedicated to providing the “very best” in all that she does. Carrie also has certification in Blueprint Reading, Documentation, and Forklift Operation.

TJ Zarling

TJ Zarling, a Tucson native, was raised in the Mechanical business working in the Company during his summers and vacations. He came to Excel full time in January of 2008, starting in Receiving and Inventory, moving his way up to the position he currently holds.
As Purchasing Manager TJ oversees and carries out all aspects of material acquisition for the Company. Focusing on the financial needs of Excel in these tough economic times he is dedicated to making sure Excel Mechanical, Inc. provides the best quality of service, with quality materials, at a fair price… for ALL of our customers making Excel a far more efficient company and Southern Arizona’s #1 choice in Mechanical Contracting.
TJ attended Paradise Valley Community College, and graduated in 2003 with an Associate Degree in Business Administration, and has an additional two years at ASU.
TJ is also currently looking to become a 1st time homeowner.

Jared Morgan

Jared Morgan has been working in the construction industry since he started with Excel 7 years ago, working his way up from helper to Plumbing Project Manager. He is very detail oriented and takes personally to heart his job and the quality of his work.
Jared was born and raised in Tucson and shares his life with his wife and daughter.
Jared has been certified in the 10 hour OSHA class, Acid Waste, Forklift Operation and is currently working on his certifications in both Med-Gas and Welding and also working on becoming LEED Accredited.
Jared has worked on the “EXTREME MAKEOVER—Home Edition, Tucson” along with several other individuals within the Company.
