Preventative Maintenance
Prevent your equipment from becoming “sick.” Help it to work for you the way it was designed.
- Quarterly Maintenance / Service that you don’t have to remember…
we call you in the months agreed. - Consistent Maintenance and review of all parts allows your system(s) to operate more effectively and cost less to run.
- Maintenance Contract Customers are afforded a “Preferred” Customer Discount should they ever need “SERVICE.”
For Your Heating and/or Air Conditioning Systems(s)
This agreement provides you with a professional tune-up and cleaning as stated below:
Clean condensate drains
Check compressor, suction discharges and oil pressures
Tighten electrical connections
Monitor and adjust refrigerant levels
Check belt tensions and wear
Clean condenser coil
Check Amp draw
Check Compressor Oil Level
Check Crankcase Heater
Lubricate moving parts where applicable
Clean and adjust burner/pilot assembly
Clean igniter assembly
Monitor fan and safety limit controls
Inspect and adjust all valves
Oil fan motors where applicable
Adjust and clean blower components
Measure heating and cooling transfer capacity
Perform safety inspection in heat exchanger
Run system through cycle and test efficiency
Change Disposable / Clean Washable Filters

- Consistent Filter Change out allows your system to operate more efficiently and cuts down on allergens in your home.

Filter Service and Inspection of Equipment

Change Disposable / Clean Washable Filters
Check Motors
Check Belt Tension
Check Operations
Seasonal Start-up
- Seasonal Maintenance / Service that you don’t have to remember… we call you in the late Spring and late Fall.
- Seasonal Maintenance allows you to have us come and switch your system over to the appropriate equipment for that particular season
- Maintenance Contract Customers are afforded a “Preferred” Customer Discount should they ever need “SERVICE
Seasonal Start-Up and Inspection of Equipment
For your heating and/or air conditioning system(s) as stated below:
Switch over from Cool to Heat
or Heat to Cool as season dictates
Change Disposable / Clean Washable Filters
Check Motors
Check Belt Tension
